If you agree to receive texts from us, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Financial Thinking Partner, LLC at the number you provide. Messages may include retirement planning information, appointment scheduling and reminders, and replies to your requests. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service, and our guides are free to download without providing a phone number. Texts may be sent using automated technology.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, or customer support vendors. This information is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service.

Other than these service providers, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, and it is never shared for third-party marketing or promotional purposes. We keep a record of your consent and any opt-out request.
